Each roller shell is made of selected high quality carbon steels.

All materials are analysised according to our process and certificate of analysis is available on demand.

All of our roller shells are hardened on the surface up to HRC= 60-62.

The depth of the hardness is 6-7 mm. for C50 carbon steel and 1.0-1,2 mm for roller shell made in 20MnCr5 steel carborized.
