La Meccanica awarded by Confindustria for work-linked training

La Meccanica di Reffo receives the Work-linked training Award (BAQ) for 2019, conferred by Confindustria to all Italian companies actively engaged in training new generations.

The BAQ rewards those companies that stand out for the realization of high-quality work-linked training paths by activating virtuous collaborations with secondary schools and vocational training centres.

The certification is valid for one year and is recognized on the basis of the activities carried out during the reference school year. The objective is to foster partnerships with companies, raise the quality of training courses and create the conditions to improve the employability of young people.
