First, we have to make a distinction between 100% organic fertilizers and NPK Organomineral fertilizers.

100% Organic Fertilizer: is the fertilizer produced with only organic product that can be chicken  manure, swine manure and so on. Sometimes to this kind of fertilizers is possible to add some  organic additive as horn-hoof mixture or similar coming from animal waste.

NPK Organomineral Fertilizer: is the fertilizer produced by adding some mineral components to  the  organic  matter,  usually  Nitrogen,  Phosphorus and  Potassium (NPK).  The  percentage  of  minerals to be added, depend on customer’s formula and the type of fertilizer that he wants to  produce.

About the process, we can summarize the production in Composting, Screening, Dehydration, Mineral and  Organic addition with mixing, Pelleting, Cooling, Sifting and Packing.
