conditioner

Conditioner

The conditioner is driven by its own motor and equipped with two pipe connections for the liquid addition. The conditioner is entirely stainless steel made (including shafts and paddles). Plate thickness casing 4 mm. The conditioner can be double or triple and electrically heated by special plates, in order to improve the conditioning increasing production rate and reducing energy costs.

Screw Feeder

The variable-pitch feeder is driven by a frequency inverter. It is equipped with an overflow and emptying safety device.
The whole body of the screw feeder and the screw feeder shaft in contact with the feed are made in stainless steel.

steam input unit

Steam Input

The condensate carried by the steam is the cause of a great many problems in the pelleting operation. The steam input unit therefore comprises a condensate separator and a steam trap. It is fitted with a manual valve and a thermometer for measuring the temperature of the conditioned pellet feed. To obtain the best results from the addition of steam, the paddles of the conditioner shaft are easily adjustable. This allows an optimal setting of the retention time for the conditioning of the meal quantity in the mixing chamber.
