All models cover a capacity output from 3 ton/hours up to 30 ton/hours which depends on from:
 

- different rolls diameter (220 mm or 350 mm) 

- different rolls lengths from 1200 mm up to 1800 mm  

- motor power from 7.5 kW up to 37 kW

 

 

 

 

The machine can also be equipped with manual or automatic rolls gap adjustment.
In the crumbler with remote control of roller gap, the roller gap can be adjusted by means of a servomotor and monitored using a 0-10 Volts signal coming from a potentiometer connected to the adjusting screw of the rolls.

The rolls gap range is from 0 to 3 mm. Suggested rolls gap is based on a setting between 2/3 of the pellet diameter to be crumbled. The max size of stone or foreign object passing through the crumbler is 20 mm. 

The heavy-duty construction makes the crumbler extremely durable. In fact, as  the rolls can be re fluted several times and are protected from damage by their cup springs, they have a very long service life.

The transmission between the motor and the fixed rolls is belt driven and the cutting rolls are adjustable and spring-mounted to protect against damage which could be caused by foreign objects. The dosing system allows the required throughput to be selected easily and ensures uniform feed of material to the rolls.
