La Meccanica is among the companies adhering to the national fundraising proposal promoted by the social enterprise I bambini delle Fate, active since 2005 in guaranteeing economic support for social inclusion projects and paths, managed by local partners, for the benefit of families in difficulty and people with disabilities.
Our company has always embraced the values of the community and is very active in local initiatives, especially when it comes to social issues. For some years, our company has supported local projects promoted by doing non-profit business in social activities, to guarantee a better present and future for hundreds of children and young people in difficulty.Doing Social responsibility is a national campaign aimed at entrepreneurs which is based on the idea of continuity, concreteness and transparency in supporting social inclusion projects.
Today there are more than a thousand Italian entrepreneurs who, with constant and continuous contributions, have allowed the construction of this solidarity network for the realization of many projects. La Meccanica is among those who have chosen to actively contribute to the well-being of society by engaging in regular sponsorship of local entities involved in the planning of services for the concrete benefit of people in difficulty.
The yellow house is concrete evidence of this commitment: a healthcare residence in Camposampiero, Padua, for people with disabilities, managed by the Nuova Vita social cooperative. Since 2005 it has been promoting people's health, taking care of both the health and social aspects, constantly opening up to the territory and the world of associations. There are many families who count on the essential economic support guaranteed by the Doing Social Responsibility network.
La Meccanica's social responsibility consists in integrating social and environmental concerns into its business and relationships, based on a moral urgency to contribute to the improvement of the social context. We also support social and economic projects that promote sustainable development, such as educational initiatives, healthcare programs and volunteering.
