Theater in the factory: If there was Gaber

We close the year 2022 with a special event organized for our employees who have put all their efforts into ensuring that the company can grow at its best.

With the Teatro in Fabbrica project, we try to bring two worlds closer together, that of factory workers and that of show business workers. Two worlds apparently so distant, but which are actually sides of the same coin, both part of a community. Two worlds that today must dialogue and interact because both are an expression of the value of work. The event If there was Gaber introduced us to the actress Rachele Zanarella and allowed us to deepen the concept of work with a show on the Teatro Canzone del Signor G, who best knew how to tell between words and music, the working world, of the petty middle class and the surrounding world. A daily life made up of small or great satisfactions, difficulties, pains, joys; a reality in which each of us can inevitably recognize ourselves.

With an initiative that is certainly out of the ordinary, but very successful, Reffo's La Meccanica brought the "theater to the factory" with the show "If there was Gaber", produced and directed by Rachele Zanarella, solo voice, enriched by Paolo's piano Zanarella, known to the public as "the pianist out of place". The event was reserved for employees, who attended in large numbers, also bringing their family members with them. It was the fourth edition of this initiative (returned after the forced stop due to the pandemic), strongly desired by Ing. Roberto Reffo, who has always been animated by the desire to bring art and culture even within his own company.
