Day by day check following parts of pellet mill

• Grease bearings of rollers every 4 hours
• Clean magnetic separator
• Clean thermometer
• Check for presence of foreign bodies in a die
• Check wear of a die
• Check wear of rollers
• Check distance between rollers and die

Check it every week

• Grease bearings of screw feeder
• Grease bearings of conditioner
• Grease bearings of main shaft
• Clean security switch placed near the shear pin holder
• Check the level of oil in transmission gear and reduction gear
• Check the level of oil in screw feeder
• Check screws of a die when it is cold

Every month maintanance. Don't forget to check it at the end of every month

• Check the wear of paddles in mixer
• Check the wear of deflectors
• Check the wear of knives cutting pellet
• Check the tension and wear of driving belts of press
• Check the tension and wear of driving belts of mixer
• Check for leaking in Rapid Block System
• Check for leaking in WAP
• Check for wear of rollers base
